Participates in driving growth in the product line/market by participating in customer collaboration and beginning to provide input on application development and product commercialization. Understands the product line/market and begins to impact Customer Inspired Innovation (CII) programs. Applies value proposition and commercialization concepts. Begins to participate in field trials and evaluates local competition and/or market practices. Replicates and develops product/market applications leveraging e-tools as appropriate. Continues to build knowledge of industry standards, practices, and regulations; harnesses insights from market and customer process expertise. Delivers customer and market focused training through e-media.
