Order Management Specialist

Responsible for order management via ESKER, process quality control, and touchless rate improvement.

  • Timely Order Validation: Ensure order validation within the agreed target time.
  • Touchless Rate Improvement: Focus on improving the touchless rate.
  • Case Queue Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring case queues in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Training and Consulting: Provide training and consulting to other teams to improve processes or obtain adequate input.
  • Process Improvements: Work on continuous improvement and CI (Continuous Improvement) projects.
  • Quality Improvement: Focus on enhancing process quality.
  • Cooperate with CSRs on the quality of documents sent to ESKER and on projects, improvements, and automation.

Role Qualification:

  • Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience with ERP systems and order processing platforms.
  • Experience in customer order management is a benefit.
  • Experience with data quality, master data management, or familiarity with supply chain processes, manufacturing, or materials management preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys working with operational processes.
  • Proactive attitude towards entrusted duties.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Strong analytical skills.
