CRM Systems Manager
This is a remote position.
Philippine-based Filipino applicants.
This position bridges CRM systems, tech onboarding, reporting, and internal automation to improve efficiency across the business. The role supports the wider team in leveraging tech tools, especially Salesforce, while driving consistency in reporting and systems usage.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is an absolute must. If you don’t have experience with Salesforce CRM, please don’t apply.
Requirements
CRM Ownership (Salesforce)
- Maintain and improve Salesforce automations, workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues quickly.
- Run monthly audits on CRM data and ensure compliance with our standards.
Advisor Support & Onboarding
- Set up new team members with email, Salesforce access, and tech tools.
- Run onboarding sessions for advisors on how to use dashboards, CRM, and internal systems.
- Support advisors and client services with ongoing CRM usage questions.
Campaign Management (via Salesforce/Pardot)
- Send EDMs weekly
- Monitor engagement performance and flag underperforming lists.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver weekly reports on CRM usage and advisor performance metrics.
- Track key KPIs across the sales floor.
- Provide monthly executive summaries on engagement, campaigns, and opportunities.
- Enhance dashboards for users
Technology Oversight
- Ensure Salesforce and connected tools (DocuSign, Scheduler, Zoom) are working smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal team and external developers to improve processes.
- Launch and monitor AI integrations, bots, or scheduling tech improvements.
Innovation & Automation
- Suggest at least 2 new system improvements per quarter.
- Lead idea sessions and test automations that can enhance workflow.
Collaboration & Culture
- Join bi-weekly team meetings focused on CRM/tech updates.
- Maintain alignment with advisors, marketing, and leadership on CRM strategy.
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Php 60,000
- Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
- HMO Offered after 6-month probation
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days

- SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
