Digital Marketing – Social Media VA

An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic Australian Wellness Hub as a Digital Marketing – Social Media VA. We're looking for an experienced, vibrant, and high-energy professional who can hit the ground running and truly understand the niche, the industry, and the business model.
Reporting to the Director and collaborating closely with the team, you will be a self-starter who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You'll bring experience in graphic design and social media management, along with a genuine passion for digital marketing across multiple platforms. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential in this role.
You will be responsible for managing key activities such as the following:
Social Media
- Create, develop, and deliver content
- Multi-platform social media management engagement
- Re-purpose content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Moderate all social media platform comments and POD engagement
- Social Media Outreach sequencing and appointment setting
- Content creation support and design
- Video Editing
- Blog/content writing
- Podcast production and distribution assistance
- Email marketing
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
General Admin Duties
- CRM management, data entry, sales pipeline management
- Monthly reporting to the Managing Director on social media performance
- Manage and book appointments
- Client concierge and telephone point of service
- General administrative duties
- Adhoc tasks
Requirements:
- Degree qualified (+)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A portfolio of previous works is required
- Experience in social media management of the Health and Wellness industry is desirable, particularly in the midlife women niche
- Experience in various software, including; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint & OneDrive, Canva, Premiere, Go High-Level (required), Trello, Airtable
- Willingness to learn new technology and platforms
- Experience in analysing data/results
- Assistance with podcast production and distribution
- Digital marketing experience across all social media platforms, with Facebook prioritized: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Experience in social media engagement, content creation, and database management
- Experience with dealing in a fast-paced environment
- Graphic Design and Video Editing experience
- Proactive, results-driven, efficient, process-oriented, and an organizer of all things
- Experience in data entry, document creation, and general admin within a related industry (+)
- Excellent customer service, task and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
Work Environment & Expectations:
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
- Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000
- Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
- HMO Offered after 6-month probation
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days
