Bitcoin Operations & Strategy Intern

As a Bitcoin Operations & Strategy Intern at 21bitcoin, you will work in the areas of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Customer Success, and Business Development. You will support our team in combating financial crime, optimizing business processes, and improving the customer experience.

Duties

Anti-Financial Crime:

• Case Management: Precise and fast handling of AFC cases
• Identification of suspicious transaction patterns
• KYC checks and regulatory compliance
• Transaction monitoring and creation of suspicion reports
• Use of compliance tools to minimize risk

Business Operations & Strategy:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperation with different departments
• Customer Success & Process Improvement: Improvement of the customer experience
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Data analysis to support strategic decisions
• Operational Management: Support in the onboarding/offboarding of affiliate partners
• Process Optimization: Continuous improvement of our systems and processes

Qualification
