CPT-9890 Business Support VA – Outbound Calls & Market Research

Independent Contractor – Business Support VA/ Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support VA to support outbound calling and market research tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in building and maintaining a database of target automotive dealerships, perform light research to gather key contact information, and conduct outbound calls as part of a cold-calling campaign.

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Conduct research on automotive dealerships to collect information such as:
• Physical addresses
• Key contact details (e.g., CFO, Dealer Principal, or equivalent decision-makers)
• General dealership phone numbers and available work emails (often listed on websites)
• Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Execute outbound cold calls to dealerships using provided scripts and "local number" dialing.
• Follow a provided word track and call-to-action (CTA) to initiate conversations and gather or verify information.
• Record outcomes of calls and note any changes or updates to dealership information.
• Collaborate with the client for feedback, call performance updates, and improvement opportunities.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client's requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (client-provided "local number" system)
• Strong research and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using HubSpot CRM systems and spreadsheets to manage data, like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in sales support or business development roles is a plus.

Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours

Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday

Daily Working Time: TBD

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA's schedule with the Client's preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work

All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
