CPT-9801 Content Marketing Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA (Entry, Junior, Senior, Advanced Level) (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Client is a growing marketing agency in the food and beverage space, currently managing an Instagram account with 15,000+ followers. Their goal is to scale this platform into a fully monetized brand that includes a website, ad space, sponsored content, and other revenue streams. They are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media & Content Marketing VA to help us grow, engage, and monetize our online presence. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Edit and produce engaging short-form video and image content tailored for Instagram.
• Schedule and post content consistently across social media platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement organically (not solely through sponsored content).
• Research trends and best practices in social media growth, especially within the food and beverage niche.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.
• Monitor account performance and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client's requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably Instagram growth and engagement.
• Strong skills in video and photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
• Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative eye for content that resonates with food and beverage audiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and propose innovative strategies for growth.
• Experience in influencer marketing or sponsored content management. (nice to have) Familiarity with website content management and monetization strategies. (nice to have) Background in food & beverage marketing or lifestyle brands. (nice to have)

Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours

Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday

Daily Working Time: between 9AM-5PM PST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA's schedule with the Client's preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client. All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement.
