Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA/Junior Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We Deliver is a fast-growing delivery and courier service supporting small businesses across the U.S., with over 100 drivers in our network. We're expanding our reach and looking to strengthen our digital presence. To achieve this, we're seeking a dedicated Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant who can manage our online presence, create engaging content, and help us build strong funnels to attract and convert customers.

The Social Media & Digital Marketing VA will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging and informative content, tracking analytics, and supporting the development of digital funnels and calls-to-action. This role will also involve supporting affiliated businesses and partners who may need assistance with their own online presence.

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content (graphics, posts, blogs, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective calls-to-action and funnels to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
• Monitor engagement metrics, track data, and prepare performance reports
• Assist with SEO and keyword optimization to improve visibility
• Support paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads) if needed
• Ensure content aligns with social media algorithms and engagement best practices
• Collaborate with the business owner on digital strategy and customer engagement ideas
• Provide guidance or light support to partner businesses needing help with social media setup or management

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client's requirements:

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, captions, blog writing, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and engagement strategies
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword strategies
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to track and analyze data to make recommendations
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours

Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday

Daily Working Time: 4 PM to 8 PM EST (initially preferred).

The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA's schedule with the Client's preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client. All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement.
