About Our Company We are a hospitality business looking to expand our reach and increase direct bookings. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to help us grow our business through effective marketing and to assist with daily hospitality operations.

Position Summary The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital marketing, specifically SEO, social media, and Google Ads. They must be proactive, efficient, and able to work independently to drive business growth. The role requires a person who is adept at problem-solving and can take the initiative to implement marketing strategies that increase revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase direct bookings and overall brand exposure.
• Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn) and other online networks to promote our properties.
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic to our website.
• Manage guest communications via a virtual inbox, including responding to inquiries and messages.
• Coordinate with cleaning and other operational teams.
• Review check-in and check-out details.
• Manually transfer guest contact information (phone numbers and emails) from online travel agencies (OTAs) to our central calendar to allow for future communication and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Highly efficient and results-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a trial basis to demonstrate effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
