Marketing & Automation Virtual Assistant

About Us We are a residential construction and remodeling business based in the Bay Area. As our company grows, we are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our marketing, content creation, and automation needs. You'll work closely with our team to streamline marketing campaigns, manage content, and optimize automations in Go High Level (GHL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Content Creation Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns. Follow company guidelines for branding and messaging. Schedule and post content through Go High Level.
• Automation & CRM Management Support the setup and optimization of automations within Go High Level. Assist with email workflows, lead nurturing, and status updates. Provide tips and recommendations for improving automation processes.
• AI Tools Integration Leverage AI tools (e.g., Sintra AI and others) to support content creation and marketing workflows. Stay up to date on AI-driven marketing best practices.
• Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the company owners to execute marketing strategies. Provide regular updates on campaign progress and automation performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and automation support.
• Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (training can be provided).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
