Senior E-commerce Operations & Growth Assistant

Independent Contractor – e-Commerce VA/ Senior-Advanced Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• E-commerce Operations & Marketing Support
• Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth workflows across platforms.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives aligned with sales and growth goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams or stakeholders to ensure campaigns and product updates are executed on time.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to help optimize operations and marketing efforts.
• Creative Support (Optional but a Plus)
• Assist with creative tasks such as basic graphic design, promotional content, or marketing assets.
• Collaborate on product imagery, banners, email visuals, and ad creatives as needed.
• Ensure branding consistency across product listings, ads, and marketing materials.
• Catalog Management
• Maintain and organize the product catalog across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product information, pricing, SKUs, and inventory details are accurate and up to date.
• Identify and resolve catalog issues such as duplicate listings, incorrect variations, or missing details.
• Product Listings & Variations Creation
• Create and optimize product listings with clear, compelling titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
• Set up product variations (size, color, style, bundles, etc.) accurately.
• Optimize listings for SEO and conversion using relevant keywords and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• PPC Campaign Management
• Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads).
• Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and improve ad efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

• Senior to Advanced experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing
• Proven experience managing product catalogs, listings, and variations
• Hands-on experience with PPC advertising
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Creative mindset is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in using Helium 10 and the paid MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10-20 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: 9-11AM EST during the provisional period and can be flexible after

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA's schedule with the Client's preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
