Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer acquisition, retention and service excellence. This role involves coordinating between parents, doctors, managing inquiries and promoting our various packages — all handled from the office.
The position comes with attractive performance-based incentives for meeting sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
Engage with parents and new leads to promote BabyMD's services and vaccination packages.
Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into confirmed appointments and package sales.
Maintain lead trackers, follow-ups and CRM updates for all new prospects.
Customer Retention & Service:
Ensure an excellent parent experience from first inquiry to ongoing care.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing parents to drive repeat visits.
Collect and act on parent feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
Customer Support:
Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling between parents and doctors.
Assist with billing, payments and administrative support.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and service performance reports.
