Sales Intern - Winter 2025

Scope of Projects:

• Participate in a 60-day BAT (Byrne Agility Team) focused on industrial sales.
• Contribute to BAT deliverables, which may include:
• Assisting with sales playbook creation and customer-facing pitch decks.
• Creating sales collateral for Good, Better, Best tiers.
• Supporting CRM-integrated sales tracking and reporting.
• Drafting sales enablement materials (FAQs, objection handling content).
• Use AI tools and other technology to improve efficiency in research, content creation, and reporting.

Experience and General Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including remote collaboration.

Education Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year, or enrolled in a graduate program.

Internship Details & Schedule: This is a paid onsite internship to be completed over the winter semester of 2025. The timetable of this internship is flexible, depending upon candidate needs. Candidates that are seeking full-time employment upon graduation are encouraged to apply.
