1Kosmos is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive product launches, internal go-to-market enablement programs, and digital content campaigns. You will collaborate across departments and play a key role in leveraging analytics, establishing benchmarks, and bringing our identity solutions to market effectively.
This is a hybrid role based out of 1Kosmos' headquarters in Iselin, NJ, with flexibility for 2-3 days in office and remote work on other days. You will work closely with the product management, marketing team, sales, and executive leadership engaged in customer and prospect discovery.
We're looking for someone with B2B SaaS experience—ideally in identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise software. What matters most is understanding enterprise audiences and products that significantly impact both the teams managing them and end-users relying on them daily. A strong technical aptitude is essential, as you'll need to collaborate with product teams, solution architects, and engineers to uncover hidden value and articulate differentiated value propositions.
This role is ideal if you enjoy translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, testing hypotheses with data-driven KPIs, and challenging teams to validate what's working.
