Position Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital campaign management to accelerate lead generation and brand growth at 1GLOBAL. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and an understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure that campaigns are not only optimized for clicks and conversions but also provide seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns for B2B audiences.
  • Manage campaign budgets, & forecasts to ensure efficient ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to optimize landing pages and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.
