Position Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic B2B Salesperson who is driven to create new opportunities and close deals in the IoT industry. The ideal candidate will have gained 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or telecommunications. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive growth by identifying and acquiring new accounts, expanding our customer base through targeted prospecting, leveraging our strong technical services, and delivering tailored solutions that enable our customers to connect devices worldwide seamlessly. We are open to hiring for this role in Berlin, Madrid, and Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the IoT ecosystem through multiple channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and social media.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a structured, consultative sales approach to understand each customer's business priorities and align our solutions to their specific challenges. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to access and influence C-level stakeholders. Clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our offerings to multiple decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and internal champions, within target organizations. Develop a deep understanding of their decision-making processes and buying cycles.
  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling executive-level presentations and product demonstrations using strong storytelling, business acumen, and financial insight. Clearly communicate the measurable ROI of our solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, in close collaboration with internal teams. Ensure seamless deal closure.
  • Sales Process Management: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Actively track and report sales KPIs to the leadership team. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
