About the Team

You will be part of an international team, leading the development of 1GLOBAL's entitlement server platform. We are looking for a developer to join the team, working collaboratively to design and implement new services, maintain existing components, and test our applications. We run a multi-site platform, following strict security requirements, provide the service to customers around the world and manage millions of subscriber profiles. We embrace a highly collaborative and diverse environment, value teamwork, autonomy and hold ourselves accountable for our deliverables and customer success. About the Role

• Develop high-impact features and contribute to the architecture design, focusing on resilience, scalability, security, and fault tolerance;
• Advocate for high code quality, readability, and extensive test coverage;
• Promote best practices for a high-traffic web (or mobile) environment;
• Work with Agile methodology;
• Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and promote these improvements through seamless integrations, documenting solutions and new workflows;
• Mentor junior team members when necessary and contribute to meaningful code reviews.
