Inside Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing motorcoach company. This role is responsible for following up on inbound leads / existing quotes, gathering feedback on open quotes, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to booking.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead / Quote Follow-Up & Conversion
  • Follow up on existing quotes at pre-determined times
  • Engage prospects to understand trip details, needs, and decision timelines
  • Convert qualified leads into booked reservations
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build rapport with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and private customers
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service
  • Objection Handling & Closing
  • Address customer questions regarding pricing, availability, and safety
  • Reinforce company value propositions (safety record, reliability, service quality)
  • Proactively close sales and secure deposits
  • Lead Management & CRM Tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes
  • Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
  • Feedback Collection & Continuous Improvement
  • Gather feedback from lost or inactive leads
  • Identify trends in objections or lost business
  • Provide insights to management to improve pricing, service, and sales strategy

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

  • Outbound calls made on time
  • Conversion rates
  • Contact rate
  • Quote to Reservation
  • Quote to Re-Quote
  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Customer satisfaction scores

$9 - $10 an hour
