This role will provide application support to our operations. Primary duties include identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the company's applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers. Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate closely with the local engineering and operations teams, as well as HQ engineering teams, to provide support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancements that drive the overall success of our products. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems, to support regional operations.
