Your main objective:

As an interior service agent at 123 Pousse, you will ensure the hygiene of the daycare and the preparation of children's meals.

Your missions:

In the kitchen

• Participate in the reception and storage of deliveries
• Perform tasks prior to meal preparation: peel and chop vegetables, unpack products
• Prepare and arrange cold preparations
• Assist with hot preparations
• Check preparations for presentation and taste
• Respect standards, procedures, and hygiene rules (HACCP)
• Care for and maintain kitchen equipment and premises

In daycare

• Ensure the maintenance of all premises, children's living areas, children's dining areas, technical areas, and administrative office.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry
• Participate in and contribute to the life of the establishment
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises in accordance with the service organization and the general cleaning plan established by the management according to HACCP protocols
• Manage the stocks of equipment and cleaning products
• Ensure safety by respecting the proper use of products and equipment

Your profile:

• HACCP training mandatory
• Passion for the well-being and development of young children
• Team spirit, clear and respectful communication with parents and colleagues
• Knowledge of good hygiene and safety practices in early childhood settings
• Sensitivity to the values of social and solidarity economy and respect for the environment
