Sales And Marketing Strategy Leader

Relevant to the executive vice president and as a member of our executive team, you will be responsible for aligning our sales and marketing strategy with the global objectives of our business unit.

You will lead the growth and performance of the sales and marketing team at MédiSolution. You will be in charge of developing our marketing strategy and sales plan, ensuring sales execution, brand development, and demand generation, while maintaining a financial forecasting discipline and governance aligned with Harris standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and update our sales strategies by product lines.
  • Develop clear and measurable sales plans and ensure rigorous follow-up until objectives are met.
  • Establish a robust pipeline management system.
  • Implement strategies to monetize our software solutions (value-based pricing models, bundled offers, upsell/cross-sell, etc.).
  • Lead performance rituals, improve customer experience, and coordinate with operations to maximize our revenues and profitability.
  • Utilize tools (including AI) to optimize our processes, team productivity and agility, lead generation, customer segmentation, and forecasts.
  • Contribute to key initiatives of the business unit.
  • Establish financial forecasts for the sales and marketing department.
  • Establish commercial and legal governance for tenders.
  • Negotiate strategic contracts and ensure rigorous follow-up on the validation process of contractual clauses.
  • Build and lead the marketing plan (content, campaigns, events, partner relations, product demonstrations).
  • Monitor our competitors and identify our differentiators.
  • Represent MédiSolution in events.
  • Grow and mentor our sales and marketing team.

Key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of bookings forecasts
  • Revenue growth and profitability
  • Pipeline coverage and conversion rate
  • Success in tenders
  • Achievement of sales targets for new and existing customers, both for current and new products
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS) and team satisfaction (eNPS)

Profile sought:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing in software (ideally in the public/healthcare sector).
  • Proven leadership in structuring and leading a sales team and in setting clear and precise objectives.
  • Analytical and financial skills (forecasts, results, EBITA, operational IRR), results orientation, and rigor of execution.
  • Comfort with CRM tools.
  • Good command of French and English as the position holder will frequently communicate in both languages, both orally and in writing. We have colleagues, clients, and partners in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and the United States.
