Multifunctional Role Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive individual to fill a key role within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and managing tenders, preparing client submissions, entering orders, and supporting marketing activities, including website management and promotional material creation.

Tenders and Submissions

  • Analyze tender documents and coordinate responses in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Write and structure proposals according to client and public or private tender requirements.
  • Prepare customized submissions for clients, ensuring accuracy of prices, specifications, and deadlines.
  • Follow up on sent submissions and keep relevant databases updated.
  • Structure, organize, and document information from previous tenders to create a reusable content base (standard texts, technical sheets, certifications, etc.) to respond more efficiently to future tenders.

Order Management

  • Receive and process client orders in the internal system.
  • Verify the accuracy of information and ensure coordination with production and delivery teams.
  • Maintain fluid communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Marketing Support

  • Participate in the update and optimization of the company's website (content, visuals, news).
  • Collaborate in the creation and revision of brochures, product sheets, and other promotional tools.
  • Support brand communication and visibility initiatives (newsletters, social networks, events).

Profile Sought

  • Excellent writing skills in French (English is an asset).
  • Experience in tender management or commercial proposal writing.
  • Experience in documentation: ability to structure, write, and maintain up-to-date professional documents (procedures, technical sheets, guides, etc.).
  • Good mastery of office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and web content management (CMS).
  • Organizational skills, thoroughness, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Team spirit and autonomy.
  • A good command of French and English is required as the position holder will frequently communicate in both languages, both orally and in writing. We have colleagues, clients, and partners in Quebec, as well as in the rest of Canada and the United States.
