Customer Service Advisor

Reporting to the customer service team, the customer service advisor uses their accounting skills to assist, remotely, our municipal clients. They answer questions from users of our financial software suite and perform certain administrative tasks for our clients. They also participate in the quality control of the applications they support. Specific training for this position is offered upon entry.

What We Expect From You:

  • Provide telephone support on a financial management application;
  • Diagnose problematic situations encountered by clients in the use of their applications and find solutions to resolve them;
  • Perform data tests and validations following new developments in the supported applications;
  • Work as a team with your colleagues to meet the needs of our clients and ensure their satisfaction;

What You Need:

  • Strong accounting knowledge;
  • Knowledge of IT environments;
  • Ability to communicate with clients;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and good listening skills;
  • Analytical mind and team working skills;
  • Relevant experience in the municipal field is an asset.
