Team Leader

Founded in 1974, MédiSolution is a leader in information technology in North America. We design and offer integrated management software suites (IMS) and software solutions recognized for their quality and reliability, both in terms of products and service.

Role and Objectives of the Position

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Team Leader will supervise the customer service and professional services team. He or she will ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools, including in the context of the migration to a new CRM tool.

The role also involves motivating and developing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and positively influencing their decisions through consistent and effective interactions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise teams dedicated to the Softinfo imaging suite and the Medexa electronic medical record software.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure service quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Participate in the implementation and support of software solutions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation of procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of support interactions, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to guide future initiatives.
  • Foster professional development and engagement of team members.

Skills and Required Qualifications

  • Degree in administration, computer science, or related field, or significant experience in team management.
  • Experience in team supervision.
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and customer orientation.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
  • Caring, accessible, and motivating leadership.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and initiative skills.
  • Empathy towards clients and understanding of their needs.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required as we have English-speaking clients in our various product suites and we will need to discuss with them occasionally.
