As a Finance Operations Summer Student, you will be engaged in a variety of administrative tasks related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing and Collections.

Here's how you'll contribute:

• Maintain CAS and AP Inbox
• Action daily, weekly and monthly reports relating to failed external faxes and emails
• Action and maintain customer verification and setup
• Assist team with daily administrative AP, AR and Collections tasks
• Assist team with overpayment investigations and refunds
• Cheque handling and administration related to the delivery and fulfillment of payments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word 2010)
• Team player who can work with minimal supervision and a positive, collaborative attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Quick learner with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Total direct compensation: 17.50-22.50 per hour/ payé à l'heure. Any pay range is in $CAD.
