Job Title

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders for title insurance by phone, fax and internet. You will manage customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service. Working with multiple internal departments you will ensure every customer receives the highest level of service. In your role you will become an expert on title insurance and the various FCT products and provide information and advice to our valued customers.

Here's How You'll Contribute:

  • Receive and process orders for title insurance by phone, fax and internet
  • Address and advise lawyers on any issues related to their specific files
  • Educate customers on title insurance and the various products FCT offers and distribute information packages
  • Accurately close and file policies with reference to all applicable information (File order, content, appropriate documents, etc)
