As a Manager, IT Production Support you will be leading a team of highly skilled and experienced Application Support developers who is responsible for investigating Production Support issues, and implementing application defect fixes and optimizations, supporting customer launches and delivering low-to-medium complexity software enhancements in support of revenue generation and operational efficiencies. Your accountability includes Monitoring & Resolving production issues, change management supports, and handling day-to-day activities required to run the mission-critical systems for the company ensuring business service levels are met and environments are managed. As a manager, you will also be playing a critical role in mentoring the team, Incident Management, and effective Problem management, and engages 3rd party providers and/or Development as required.
