As our IT Desktop Support Level 1, you will be the go-to person for our end-users, making sure their systems are running reliably so they can focus on what they do best.

The position will be based at our new facility in Campinas (postal code 13054-709) fulltime and you will work with our colleagues in Brazil, US and Canada.

Your role:

• Provide friendly and efficient support for global IT solutions.
• Train new users and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Keep technical documentation up to date and accessible.
• Install and test IT systems and software.
• Safeguard data and ensure system/network security.
• Manage relationships with local IT vendors.
• Support IT processes and contribute to exciting projects.

Who are you:

• A solid understanding of IT and end-user systems.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and kindly.
• Awareness of how IT supports a global business environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal).

What we offer:

• Salary range 50,000 to 53,500 BRL gross per year
