Telecom industry is in a very exciting period with rapid technological development, changing consumer behavior, and intense competition. The future poses new challenges for how Telia must position itself in the market and how we approach our customers. The cooperative housing market has been identified as one of the most important business areas, and something Telia will focus on in the future.

As part of our further commitment, we want to strengthen the team with experienced Senior Key Account Managers who can manage and renegotiate agreements with some of our largest customers. We are looking for someone driven by creating results, building relationships, and delivering value – both for customers and the company.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Plan and execute sales activities
  • Nurture and execute relationship activities towards the housing company market
  • Present and represent Telia
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Prepare offers and hold signing meetings with the customer
  • Participate in Telia’s continuous development towards creating results, values, and a good experience for our customers

Your experience:

  • Financial understanding and experience with contract negotiations
  • Experience with sales activities towards large customers
  • Experience with customer care and relationship building
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing
