SAP CRM Support Specialist

Operational Team Member

Are you passionate about keeping critical systems running smoothly and ensuring seamless operations for internal users? Join our Operational Team in Vilnius and play a key role in managing SAP CRM incidents, service requests, and system stability. You'll help resolve complex issues, support key processes such as monthly bill runs, and ensure our telecommunications systems operate smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Work in the SAP CRM system to handle Jira tickets and service requests, coordinating with IT and other teams when needed.
• Identify and help resolve problems to ensure smooth business operations.
• Participate in weekly monitoring duties to ensure system stability, while other team members focus on incident handling.
• Support the monthly bill run by investigating and fixing contract/payment-related issues.
• Join the weekend on-call rotation.
• Collaborate in a fully internal, Lithuanian-speaking team.

We're seeking detail-oriented and proactive professionals with knowledge of SAP CRM, advanced Excel skills, and experience using Jira. You have a good understanding of telecom processes, can prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly. You take ownership of your work, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable working in an operational role with occasional on-call and bill run duties.
