My name is Edgaras Jasinskij, Head of Sales CRM, and I am hiring a Salesforce Developer. We are continuing building Center of Excellence within our Salesforce ecosystem and this role you are going to build and create value on worlds one of the most connected enterprise clouds – Salesforce platform. It empowers app creators to join forces and turn ideas into working apps that transform new generation telco business. You will ensure that Salesforce serves Telia countries in innovative and high-quality way. In scope we do have Sales, Service, Marketing, Pardot and other Salesforce clouds where is no limit for a growth by ensuring success and availability of Telia new digital services.

As a Salesforce Developer you’ll play a key role in our journey to become the new generation telco. This means embracing change, staying open-minded, and being forward-thinking. Your customer-driven approach will ensure that the solutions you create truly connect people to what matters most to them in society.

Who we’re looking for

Your personality reflects a passion for new technologies, trends, and automation. You enjoy collaborating within a team to solve complex IT issues and drive innovation. You are highly motivated, eager to learn, and embrace change as a self-starter. Additionally, you are ready to explore the Salesforce ecosystem and its benefits.

Your experience ideally includes development on the Salesforce platform, with skills in Apex (Salesforce's Java-like programming language) and familiarity with Java. You understand Lightning Framework components, Visualforce, and related technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, or React. You have knowledge of data modeling, SOQL, SOSL, and database query languages like SQL. You are familiar with Salesforce APIs and have experience integrating with REST, Bulk, Streaming, or Tooling APIs. You have hands-on experience with Salesforce SFDX, including version control, GIT, and CI/CD tools. Your work is informed by Agile methodologies like Kanban or Scrum, and you are skilled in tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Strong communication skills and fluency in English round out your profile.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3500 - 5300 EUR before tax deduction.
