Sales & Performance Coach TM Consumer - Telia Norge

We are expanding the team and are now looking for a Sales & Performance Coach for TM Consumer.

The position is part of the TM Consumer team, which is one of the departments in Partners & External Sales at Telia Norge. The role works closely with our external telemarketing partners and is central to the development of sales and quality results across Telia, OneCall, and MyCall.

This is an operational role with clear result responsibility.

The role is especially relevant for those who are currently team leaders or senior sellers, and want to take the next step – with greater influence on both people, structure, and results.

What you will do

  • Coach and develop external TM partners on location
  • Drive performance through structured follow-up, measures, and analysis
  • Work closely with intermediaries at partners and internal environments
  • Establish and scale best practices across brands and partners
  • Ensure compliance with brand and sales methodologies

What we are looking for

  • Documented sales results and understanding of what drives performance in TM
  • Experience from telemarketing or similar high-volume sales
  • Strong in relationship building and influence
  • Comfortable with challenging and creating change
  • Structured and data-driven approach

Role briefly explained

You are close to operations, directly influencing people and working systematically to improve results. You will coach and develop performances, ensure structured follow-up, quality, and goal achievement.

Location and travel

Based in Oslo (Økern Portal), but the role involves a high degree of presence at partners. Note: The position requires a driver's license class B and you must have access to your own car.
