We are a unique team working with Incident Management of 5G networks and service offerings, infrastructure services, and customer-specific solutions. I am Martin Uhlin and I lead our Mission Critical NOC team where our operations are running 24/7/365.
Are you the right fit for this opportunity? You will become part of a motivated first-line support team where you will gain unique insight into how the country's largest telecom operator conducts its technical operations by being responsible for identifying, analyzing, reporting, and resolving incidents while continuously developing in a rapidly modernizing technical environment.
In the role, together with other expert functions within Telia, you will collaborate to solve technical challenges and support the team in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. You are expected to be part of the team's development and will therefore continuously work on improvements within the team.

The position of Operations Engineer is located in Karlstad and we do not offer remote work, the work is expected to be mainly on-site at the office. The job may require you to work shifts (uncomfortable working hours).
