Key Account Manager

Are you a skilled senior salesperson with a special interest in Network and Security Solutions? Do you want to be part of creating growth and development for both the customer and the business? I am Patrik Jagelid and I am responsible for the team of Key Account Managers at Telia Cygate. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will work in a unique group of senior specialists in complex IT sales to drive Telia's businesses to new heights.

Is this your next opportunity?

As a Key Account Manager, you are our face to the outside and the customer's point of contact in ongoing and future business dialogues. You have an advisory role where you understand the customers' operations and challenges, and make recommendations regarding future investments in the IT environment. The customers, of varying sizes and segments, are at different stages of their development, where you, as an advisor, create understanding of how software, licenses, and IT infrastructure come together.

As a person, you are a skilled communicator and are confident in dialogue with various decision-makers and colleagues. You are business-oriented, independent, outward-looking, and have the ability to bring others along.

Your personality:

  • You get energy from building relationships and gaining trust.
  • You are attentive and responsive to customers and colleagues.
  • You see collaboration and humor as positive for the result.

Your experience:

  • Experience from complex solution sales within IT infrastructure.
  • Several years of experience working at one or more integrators, where you can independently put together what is needed for a complex solution.
  • You have a long-standing relationship with most strategic Network and Security Manufacturers and distributors in the Swedish market.
  • You can show a track record of continuously achieved sales targets.
  • You are used to working in organizations where there are high demands for information gathering about new products, services, and markets.
  • Confident in working with business cases and calculations.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
