We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us at Telia. I'm Tanja Vallisaari, Director of B2C Marketing and Customer Communication, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. What you'll do:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our programmatic buying and paid social across the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion. The role combines technical expertise, data-driven optimization, and the ability to develop new, innovative programmatic buying solutions. In this role you will...

  • Develop Telia's programmatic practice end-to-end. You will plan, execute and optimize programmatic buying across DV360, including display, video, and programmatic out-of-home, ensuring campaigns deliver reach, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Take ownership of paid social visibility as part of integrated campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You ensure that campaigns are designed for measurable impact and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead measurement and learning loops focused on reach, viewability/quality, cost efficiency and contribution to sales, and you will translate findings into clear actions others can adopt.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with brand, creative, analytics teams, and external partners to align strategy, media, and creative for maximum impact.

  • Hands-on expertise in programmatic buying and a clear view of how programmatic display/video supports the customer journey.
  • Proven and solid experience in running programmatic campaigns, strong practical skills with DV360 (or equivalent), and you understand inventory, audiences, bids, pacing and brand safety.
  • Ability to manage paid social for reach/frequency in ATL contexts (experience with Smartly is a plus).
  • Fluency in English and Finnish

It's an advantage if you're curious about automation and AI in buying, measurement or creative variation/testing, if you can manage product feeds (e.g., Channable), and if you've worked with other DSPs and platforms such as Adform, Xandr or The Trade Desk.
