Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

The purpose of this position is to assist the Supervisor, Retail in all areas of sales and merchandising within our Burton store. Poses a strong desire to work in a fast-paced sales culture, providing excellent Customer Service and "above and beyond" experiences to all guests.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Prescribe to and execute the four key parts to the selling practice which are: Welcome; Initiate: Suggest and Help.
• Develop outstanding product knowledge and use this knowledge as a selling tool,
• Ensure all retail functions are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Product merchandising and inventory control.
• Conduct the daily cash out.
• Ensure that store housekeeping duties are completed on a regular basis.

What Do We Need From You?

• Must be customer service oriented. Friendly, outgoing.
• Snowboard knowledge is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings and holidays.
• Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure when any guest issues arise.
• Past retail experience is considered an asset.
