Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Seasonal – October 2025 to May 2026

Hourly Pay Rate - $23.27

What Will I Be Doing?

The incumbent is a member of HR Employee Services team. The Coordinator, Employee Services, exemplifies our cultural of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role supports the efficient and accurate execution of Employee Services processes while providing exceptional employee service.

Coordinating activities of the Employee Services office and supporting employee inquiries related to employee housing, uniforms, passes, resident mail, general Human Resources etc.

Checking employees in and out of housing, daily administrative duties, organizing internal housekeeping and maintenance. Organizing external property managers, technicians and owner visits.

Completing administrative tasks in collaboration with Leadership, including regular reports, database maintenance, verification letters, invoices, etc.

Processing Rent deductions, submitting to Payroll and following up on rent/deposits owing.

Helping to facilitate minor conflict resolution between employees in the housing program.

Accurately updating data in various web-based and proprietary systems per SOP; examples of such include databases, purchasing systems, form submissions.

Coordinating the organization and tracking of employee uniforms, passes, etc.

Conducting regular maintenance & cleaning inspections, on-site meetings in housing, etc.

The job is 70% in office, 30% travelling to various houses, uniform rooms, moving supplies, etc.

What Do We Need From You?

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer or employee experience

'G Class' Drivers license an asset

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Enthusiastic, enjoys helping others and demonstrates an interest in helping to make BMR a "FUN" place for internal and external guests
