Be the Heart of the Guest Experience at Our Aquatic Facilities

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Frontline Aquatics team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create memorable experiences while supporting the smooth operation of our aquatic programs and services.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Welcome Guests: Check in visitors, issue wristbands, towels, locks, and keys, and ensure every guest feels supported and ready to enjoy their visit.
  • Handle Transactions: Operate the point-of-sale system, manage cash and payments, and sell tuck shop items with accuracy and care.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support Program Registration: Use Jonas software to register participants for swimming lessons, birthday parties, and events, and manage season pass holders.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the facility and work areas clean and presentable, including lobbies, change rooms, and first aid spaces.
  • Track Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory levels when required.
  • Share Program Knowledge: Offer helpful information about swimming programs and lessons to guide guests in their choices.

What Do We Need From You?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR 'C' preferred.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all ages.
