This job role is based in Gurgaon and required to manage North India and Nepal.
- Service Delivery Management - Customer Account management (Customer Satisfaction) - Customer Call and Case Management with timely update, technical escalations, faster closure of issues - Team Management and accomplishment of various Service KPI deliverables - Record and Review Individual Objective, Performance and Development for the team Service Sales Growth - New Contracts and Existing Contract renewals - Elekta Service marketing - Assist Upgrade Selling - Account receivables
- Productivity - Improve Service Force effectiveness (FSE) with trainings - Service Function control - Efficient Material usage and control - New innovative Local Cost-effective solutions - Vendor contract
- Quality - Incorporates Elekta Values into all department functions and responsibilities. - Adhere to all Elekta directives, policies and procedures for self and team. - Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner. - Uphold Elekta's philosophy and all policies and procedures by maintaining appropriate controls to assure Full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of our organization - Service Tools Management including timely calibration
What you bring:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering or associated discipline, MBA preferred Minimum of 10-15 years of experience including minimum 3 years of Leadership experience in People and customer management role.
- RETEVANT KNOWTEDGE, SKlttS AND COMPETENCTES - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Excellent Leadership skills with strong business acumen, customer relationship and people management o Excellent written and Verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills.
- Be a self-motivated worker, able to interact and communicate well with all at various levels of business.
- Ability to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner. Be able to motivate team and lead by example.
- Working knowledge/understanding of all Elekta products and proficiency in assigned product specialties o Familiarity/proficiency with the basic Software applications.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face).
- Excellent Presentation Skills o Must be willing to travel frequently.
- Ability to organize and prepare reports
