The Field Service Engineer is the central contact for our customers within the assigned area for service-related issues in all product areas. He/she is responsible for the independent and timely planning and completion of installation, maintenance, and repair work of hardware and software systems in accordance with the given guidelines and technical documentation. This is done with the help of telephone consultation, remote maintenance, and on-site customer visits. Through his/her professional qualifications and behavior, he/she should ensure a professional, efficient, and economical service that contributes to high customer satisfaction.
