Process sales contracts and orders, follow up on all links including order confirmation, payment, and delivery to ensure smooth order fulfilment and have good customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with domestic customers, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and resolve complex customer issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales production lead time consultation and assist the sales team in processing relevant documents.
Handle customer complaints related to sales orders.
Act as a communication bridge between the supply chain team and customers, and also cooperate effectively with other supply chain teams.
Maintain customer databases and document filing, and complete relevant reports.
Support other special and urgent cases.
Personal Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related majors.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service/order processing/management.
Strong team spirit and customer-centric mindset.
Sense of responsibility and ability to handle emergencies.
Proficient in MS Office and QAD, or other ERP systems.
