HR Manager For Product Design & Development

In a context of strong technological evolution and digital transformation, we are looking for an HR Manager for the Product Design & Development area. A person capable of combining strategic vision and operational concreteness, ready to build together with our people an organization that is always more agile, inclusive, and oriented to the future.
The ideal candidate will be a point of reference for area leaders and the HR team, coordinating an international HRBP team for the area of competence, reporting directly to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Being the strategic partner of the business, supporting in the management of people, leading the implementation of organizational transformation plans and HR strategies (workforce planning, development, performance, engagement, etc.).
- Collaborating with the Group HR Centers of Expertise (Talent & Culture, People Analytics, Org & Total Reward, etc.) to effectively implement cross-functional projects and global initiatives.
- Leading the selection and onboarding processes, supporting the development of digital and technical skills.
- Monitoring the main KPIs and reading the data to transform them into insights and concrete actions, to anticipate needs and detect weak signals, supporting data-driven decisions that improve organizational efficiency and people experience.
- Ensuring the correct application of corporate regulations and policies, acting as a guardian of compliance and transparency.
- Coordinating and growing the HR team in the area, promoting a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Promoting a context oriented to talent development and sustainable resource management.
We are looking for:
- Background in structured companies (preferably tech, digital, or finance), where you have developed a broad vision of HR levers.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in managerial responsibility or coordination.
- Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology, HR Management, or related.
- Passion for people and organizational culture, ability to interpret change and inspire confidence.
- Excellent relational skills, empathy, ability to influence and build alliances.
- Strong analytical orientation, ability to interpret HR data and metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent mastery of Excel and fluent English.
