Marketing Automation & Front-End Developer

At Lytx, we're transforming how fleets operate through data-driven safety and productivity solutions. We're looking for a skilled Marketing Automation & Front-End Developer to join our Marketing Operations team—a hybrid role that combines deep Marketo expertise with front-end development, integration support, and campaign execution. This is a hands-on position that ensures our omni-channel campaigns are technically sound, scalable, and visually engaging.

You'll Get To:

  • Own campaign execution in Marketo, including building and launching emails, segmentation, landing pages, lead lifecycle flows, and nurture programs using dynamic content and advanced automation logic
  • Develop custom landing pages and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—optimized for responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Implement and maintain integrations and APIs between Marketo and other MarTech tools, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate attribution
  • Support database management and audience segmentation efforts, including list imports, event lead processing, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Maintain QA and governance for marketing automation workflows, SLAs, and campaign builds to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance
  • Document systems and processes, establish best practices, and lead improvements in marketing automation and campaign operations to enhance productivity
  • Manage tag management and cookie consent settings on the corporate website using tools like Google Tag Manager or OneTrust, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Serve as the technical partner to marketing stakeholders, translating campaign requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions

What You'll Need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketo, with Marketo certification strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and landing page development; working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and Velocity scripting
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns in 6sense or other ABM platforms
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and experience setting up integrations between marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, webinar platforms, ad platforms)
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and deliverability principles
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong QA and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and guide technical decision-making
