The Sales Systems & Service Desk team within Business Applications provides user support for GTT employees across many business applications and is also responsible for development, vendor and partner management across GTT's main sales systems. The role of 2nd Line Support Engineer/IT Developer is to provide 2nd line support, system administration and elements of software development for applications that support the business segment within GTT.
