Operations Process Specialist

Data Analyst

Performs a variety of data tasks.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Captures and manages data, including data loading, data validation, and routine data analysis.
• Helps create or prepare relevant reports for stakeholders or management.
• Assist in other related administrative or support activities, including data capture template generation, interfacing with quality assurance professionals, or researching data errors.
• Adheres strictly to procedures and quality control standards.
• Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Works under moderate supervision.
• Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel (intermediate level), Word and PowerPoint.
• Confident, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of experience with Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Self-managed and highly motivated.
• Displays integrity, reliability, empathy, and a strong work ethic.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented; Display sense of urgency.
• Proficient in domestic & international routing, costing, rating, and tracking.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
• Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
