Location: Hybrid (typically 2-3 days per week in Watford)
In this newly created role, you'll be our in-house expert across all detail of our digital channel mix, managing a significant share of the marketing budget and delivering measurable results that support both national and local growth.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital – and wants to drive real business impact in a fast-moving, leads-based B2C environment.
What You'll Do
Lead the strategy & implementation of our full digital channel mix
Own and optimise our organic digital ecosystem setting the SEO strategy and roadmap and owning our local search strategy at scale
Work closely with our digital marketing agency to plan and execute high-growth performance campaigns
Take a performance-led, always-on acquisition approach – with regular testing, learning and optimisation
Be the GA4 and dashboarding expert – confident building reports, interpreting performance, and supporting the team with actionable insights across channel and customer KPI's
Support the Head of Growth in managing tech dev workstreams across our adtech and martech stack – including tagging, tracking, integrations and automation

Consolidated experience in a senior-facing digital marketing role – ideally within both B2B and B2C based businesses
A real expert across paid and organic – you know the levers, the platforms, and how to scale performance.
Obsessed with hyper-local targeting and customisation – not just volume of ads - but reaching the right people, in the right places at the right time.
A full funnel thinker with an optimisation mindset – always looking for efficiencies, smarter spending, balancing long-term growth over short-term fixes.
Expert in GA4, Looker Studio (or similar), conversion tracking, UTM strategy and attribution models
