For our flagship store at Tauentzien, we are looking for an HR & Store Coordinator in full-time (40h), initially for 12 months.

Your Tasks:

• HR administration from start to finish, from onboarding to offboarding
• Support in the preparation of payroll
• Advisory role for store employees on all HR issues, questions, and problems, in collaboration with the HR team
• Coordination of recruitment activities
• Management of internal communication and ensuring a good employee life cycle
• Office organization (e.g., mail, ordering office supplies)
• Maintenance of personnel files and personal data
• Assistance in other administrative tasks as needed
• Implementation of sustainability activities
• Interface with the works council, including preparation and provision of all necessary documents and ensuring transparent and legally compliant cooperation in accordance with the Works Constitution Act

Your Profile:

• Native level German (at least C1) and fluent English (at least B2)
• Preferred: studies or completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on personnel or further education as a personnel manager
• First professional experience in human resources is advantageous
• Knowledge of Workday is advantageous
• Secure handling of MS Office products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Service orientation as well as team and communication skills
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and discretion
• Precise, accurate, and independent working style
