Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide customers with comprehensive, high-standard support throughout the tax-free refund process, tailored to individual requirements and specific cases.

The role also involves facilitating customer refunds while ensuring full compliance with company procedures and local legal regulations.

What You Will Do

• Delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with Planet's standards of excellence
• Provide a warm welcome and guide guests through their visit
• Assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and anticipating needs
• Ensure VIP customers receive tailored and outstanding experience
• Resolve conflicts professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction
• Process Planet Tax Free forms in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines
• Handle refunds accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for customers
• Manage cash responsibly and maintain secure money handling practices
• Provide customers with relevant information and support throughout the refund process

Who You Are

• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, luxury retail)
• Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Arabic, Russian, Chinese are mostly welcomed
