The Office Assistant (OA) is a student staff member in Housing & Residence Life within the University's Division of Student Affairs. OAs play a critical role in providing high-level customer service, administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily office operations. Office Assistants report to the Housing Assignments team and collaborate with professional and student staff across Housing & Residence Life.
