Regional Support Services - Junior Accountant

For our group company, NKG Commercial Services Company Limited, we are looking for a Regional Support Services - Junior Accountant (6-month contract) (f/m/d). The position will be based in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform accounting data entry in the system accurately and timely for monthly accounting close.
• Accounts payable – preparation of payments and ensuring that all payments are accurate and verified by the respective department.
• New vendor payment details – ensure that proper checks are performed for new vendor payment details before processing payment.
• Accounts receivable – support in sending and following up on the statement of accounts. Processing of AR receipts into the system.
• Interco billing – support in the interco billing process and reconciliation.
• BS schedules – preparation and support in the BS schedules.
• Treasury – support the regional finance team in FX / treasury-related matters.
• GST/quarterly/annual reports preparation – support the regional finance team in the data points.
• Support any other accounting/finance tasks when requested.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment.
